The pressure is growing on PATH’s embattled leader, Councillor (Cllr) Rabina Khan, to publicly apologise and resign after many women, residents and others have joined the growing calls for her resignation after she is caught lying about Councillors Ohid Ahmed and Mahbub Alam about an incident at her surgery.
Many are claiming that Rabina Khan made a deliberately false statement which can be seen as a blatant lie, falsely accusing other candidates, disrespecting the community, misleading media and wasting police and council resources for selfish, personal and calculated political gain.
